This was by far one of the best properties I’ve stayed at not just in India but around the world. It was an exceptional experience and made our trip very enjoyable. Everything from the decor, cleanliness and the service makes you to not want to leave. The hotel itself it absolutely stunning and what I appreciate the most is that it offers world class luxury while embracing the traditional royal Gujarati architecture. We initially booked for just one night and ended up extending our stay to 3 nights. The staff is well trained as one would expect at a hotel like this. Lastly, a special shout out to Kashak for her hospitality, welcoming spirit and professionalism. She’s really an asset for the hotel and should be recognized by ITC.

This was our first time and our first stop in a 30 day trip across India. the was probably one of the higher priced for the rooms but not by a huge amount. hotel looks nice from the outside, the grand entrance and the bed rooms are lovely. we were there for 3 days. Restaurant staff in lobby restaurant were exceptional my son has a number of food allergies and the staff and chef made sure the food was prepared to our requirements despite the hotel being very busy. was something we were very worried out when travelling to India. would definitely stay here again and recommend if visiting Ahmedabad. was a luxurious experience.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were especially comfortable and I got a good night's rest. The breakfast buffet was outstanding as well, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, my experience at the hotel was amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. And the Architecture is so good.
